The 3 Steps
Apply
Students need to apply to the CE program each academic year.
- Students will need help from their parent(s) when completing the CE application.
Course Locations
High School Campus
Many CE courses are taught by qualified teachers on individual high school campuses. To verify that a course is offered at your individual high school, contact your high school counselor.
UT Main Campus
Courses on the main campus of Utah Tech are mixed with full-time university students. Before enrolling, students will want to ensure their UT campus schedule aligns with their individual high school.
Online or Virtually
Online (asynchronous) and virtual (synchronous) courses are available. Online courses do not have a set time to attend a lecture. Virtual courses have a set time to meet virtually.
UT Education Center
Utah Tech education centers serve as extensions of the university, specifically designed to support students in rural communities. Centers are located in Hurricane, Kanab High School, Water Canyon High School, and Panguitch High School.
