General Application Information
The State Concurrent Enrollment Application must be filled out each year a student participates. First-time applicants will receive an email from Utah Tech University within 1-2 business days with their Digital-ID number. Once students receive a Digital-ID, they may register for courses. Students who have previously taken CE courses already have a Digital-ID and, as such, they will not receive an email from Utah Tech University after completing the state application. They may register immediately after completing the CE application.

- In order to participate in the Concurrent Enrollment program, you must meet the eligibility requirements.

When Completing the CE Application, Be Prepared with the Following Information:
- A parent or guardian to grant approval
- Social Security Number, student VISA number, or alien registration number
- Student and Parent/Guardian email addresses
