PLEASE NOTE: STUDENTS MUST HAVE PAID ALL OUTSTANDING BALANCES PRIOR TO REGISTRATION


CE on a High School Campus

  1. Log into your account at MyUT using your Utah Tech ID and password
  2. Select “Select Term and High School”
  3. Write down your CRN and go into the Registration Portal
    • Add your CE Course under the “Enter CRN” tab and “Submit”
  4. Submit form
    • Courses housed through UT Main Campus will need 24-48 hours to process

CE on the Utah Tech Campus

  1. Browse Available Classes:
    Use the Course Finder registration tool and the CE Master List to explore the classes offered in the upcoming semester that are CE eligible.
  2. Choose Your Classes:
    Write down the course numbers (CRN’s) for the classes you’re interested in.
  3. Know Your Student ID:
    Make sure you have your student ID number ready, you’ll need it to complete the form.
  4. Submit the Course Request Form:
    Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your request to be processed. If seats in the course are unavailable, you will be added to a waitlist. Be sure to double-check your UT account to verify correct course registration.

Registration Reminders

  • Check Prerequisites: Some courses require specific test scores/course completion to qualify to take the course. Students will need to complete any prerequisites prior to registration.
  • Students must complete CE registration directly through Utah Tech; registration in PowerSchool does NOT indicate registration for CE credit.
