Students must apply to the State’s Concurrent Enrollment Program, designed for high school students, each academic year by completing the State’s Concurrent Enrollment Application.

General Application Information

 

The State Concurrent Enrollment Application must be filled out each year a student participates. First-time applicants will receive an email from Utah Tech University within 1-2 business days with their Digital ID number. Once students receive a Digital ID, they may register for courses. Students who have previously taken CE courses already have a Digital ID. As a result, they will not receive an email from Utah Tech University after completing the State Application. Therefore, they may register immediately after completing the CE Application.

• To participate in the Concurrent Enrollment program, you must meet the eligibility requirements.

• You might also want to contact your academic counselor for additional requirements and to see which courses are available at your high school.

When Completing the CE Application, Be Prepared with the Following Information:

• A parent or guardian to grant approval
• Social Security Number, student VISA number, or alien registration number
• Student and Parent/Guardian email addresses
